1. Please click “Book Video Consultation Tab”

2. Choose the speciality or doctor (if you know doctor name).

3. Choose the time slots for which you want to book the appointment.

4. You will get a booking confirmation message on the phone no and email registered. You will also
receive a link to download the video consultation app in case u wish to use your smart phone.

5.You will also receive payment link to make payment for the video consultation. (Please note, the fees
may vary depending on the doctor, specialist, etc., you are booking for).

6. Please make the payment.

7. On confirmation of payment, you will receive a meeting link for a video consultation with our doctor.

8. Note for patients :
 Please count your pulse and respiratory rate before your visit if possible.
 Take your temperature
 If you have a BP cuff, check that as well.

9. Patients can join the video consultation, without any download required, by smartphone, laptop or
desktop via a link sent through SMS or email. (You can also download the video-consultation app for
better performance on phone from the link provided).

10. Patients can access treatment and visit summary on phone no / email provided.
